The Silent Seller Blueprint is a digital educational product. It includes the materials described on the sales page at the time of your purchase, such as guides, templates, scripts and bonuses.

We may update, improve or reorganize the materials over time. If a bonus or feature was described on the sales page when you bought, we’ll either provide it or offer a reasonable equivalent.

3. Payment

Unless clearly stated otherwise, The Silent Seller Blueprint is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

If you buy a paid Silent Seller AI subscription, it renews automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from ВСТАВИТЬ: где отменяется подписка, and cancellation stops future charges.

Silent Seller AI uses artificial intelligence to generate drafts. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and checking anything it produces before you publish or use it, including making sure your content is truthful and complies with the law and platform rules.

We may set reasonable usage limits on Silent Seller AI to keep the service stable for everyone.

6. Your license

When you buy a Product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business or personal purposes.

You may:

• use the templates, scripts and frameworks to create your own pages, reels, captions and messages
• adapt and edit the templates for your own business

You may not:

• resell, share, give away or publish the Products or any part of them
• share your login or access with others
• repackage the materials into a competing course, template pack or product
• copy the Site’s text, design or structure for another product

All materials remain our intellectual property.

7. How you use what you learn

You’re responsible for how you use our Products. That includes:

• following the rules of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta and any other platform you use
• only using official, platform-approved tools for automated messages
• only using footage, music and images you have the right to use
• telling the truth in your marketing, including about income and results
• following consumer protection, advertising and privacy laws that apply to you

8. No guarantee of results

9. Third-party tools and platforms

Our materials may mention or link to third-party tools, platforms and services. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their availability, pricing, rules or changes. Using them is subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or Products is limited to the amount you paid us for the Product in the 12 months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, for example by sharing or reselling the materials. If we end your access without a good reason, we’ll refund what you paid for the affected Product.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when. Changes apply to purchases made after the update.
